ClaimVise is a product of Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd, an enterprise software company founded in 2009 in Ahmedabad, India. We have spent seventeen years building production systems for healthcare, financial services, and operations clients across the US, UK, and Australia.
Why we built ClaimVise.
For years, we watched Indian medical billing BPOs run on margins that get thinner every year. The labor cost in offshore coding floors is no longer competitive against what large language models can do, and the legacy RCM software underneath those teams was never designed for autonomous operation. Both ends of the market — practices struggling with denial rates and BPOs struggling with margin — needed something genuinely new.
The opportunity was not to make existing tools faster or cheaper. The opportunity was to invert the workflow: let the AI do the work, let a human supervisor handle exceptions. That required building a platform from scratch, with the agents as first-class citizens, with the rules engine, drug dictionary, and audit trail as the foundation rather than the afterthought.
ClaimVise is what we have built. v5.0 is live in production today. We are shipping the remaining roadmap features through Q3 and Q4 of 2026, and we are talking to BPOs and practices about pilot deployments.
